Dendera is a small town on the road to Luxor. In ancient times, thousands and thousands of pilgrims gathered there to extol their beloved goddess Hathor, who was considered at that time the patroness of women and was responsible for procreation. Here you will visit the temple of Dendera, which was built in the first century BC in the Greco-Roman era, and, admittedly, it is well preserved to this day.

In Luxor, you will find the famous historical monuments of Egypt, the temples of ancient Egyptian deities. You will visit the Karnak Temples. This is the largest temple complex in Ancient Egypt, combining a series of buildings that resemble a separate city more than a temple. The size of the temple is 1.5 km by 700 m. This is the second most popular place in Egypt after the pyramids. You will also visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Hatshepsut was a female pharaoh who had herself represented pictorially as a male. She served as co-regent with her nephew Thutmose III (c.1479-1425 B.C.E.)
